What is Catalytic Thermal Decomposition Technology ( CTDT)
CTDT is a thermo chemical decomposition of organic material using heat and proprietary chemicals as a catalyst at elevated temperatures in the absence of oxygen.
CTDT produces gas and liquid products and leaves a solid residue richer in carbon content called char
Up to 40-45% of the output is Petro Alternate Fuel (PAF), which can be used in Power Plants, Cement plants, industrial boilers, generators, or can be further refined into diesel and gasoline by the refinery
30%-35% is solid residue, which can be used as a heating source similar to lean coal
10%-15% is combustible gas which is recycled back to the furnace as heat and also be used to generate electricity

What can be processed with CTDT?
CTDT can process Rubber (Tyres), Plastics, Organic bio-waste etc.
One plant cannot be used for handling all.
Products from using CTDT is Fuel oil, Carbon black, (steel wires in case of Tyres)
